Old American Marine sets up burger shop. Runs it like you would expect a Marine to run it. Runs it like a god. Good food. Beyond burgers the food it good. Charcoal grilled. Beware the larger burgers. 300g, 400g, 500g even a near lethal 1000g burger.

I'm gonna have to be honest right off the bat and tell you guys that this review is going to be biased. As a former U.S. Marine myself, I think this place is awesome!! All bias aside though, I did find the food to be very tasty. I had the nachos, the NYC hotdog, and the "Gunner" burger; which is the 150 gram burger. The burgers all have the same toppings and only vary by size. Each size is named after either a WWE wrestler (which I was also a huge fan of in my younger days when it was the WWF), or USMC terminology. I mentioned to the waitress that I would love to meet the Gunny and wow, she actually introduced me! He looked intimidating at first, but he's a really down to Earth, funny, and nice guy. Talking to him really brought me back to my USMC days. Anyway, definitely check the place out! The decor is something you won't see anywhere else in Bacolod and the food is good and well priced. It also didn't leave me feeling bloated like when I usually eat burgers. Everything just felt light and fresh. Semper Fi!

Gunny was awesome!! Burger was seriously reminds me of a good backyard burger back home!! And he’s a veteran. All good vibes.
